A BETTER WAY TO RECYCLE CIGARETTE BUTTS
More than 7 billion cigarette butts are littered into Australia's environment every year where they immediately begin leaching damaging pollutants into waterways and soil systems.
Cigarette Filter Myco-Remediation Program
Our friends at Fungi Solutions and No More Butts will support local venues across Melbourne with cigarette filter waste management and raise awareness about the environmental impact that littered cigarette filters can cause the environment.
Best of all, it's free!
Order a fully recyclable box from their Sustainability Victoria funded program CIGCYCLE, fill it and scan the QR Code. Your cigarette filter waste will be collected and sent to Fungi Solution's facility for processing with their patented fungi cultures.
Did you know? Products such as bricks, benches and insulation can be produced from cigarette butts.
